SCAMMERS Are At It Again

SCAMMERS are at it again.  Several of our customers in the Maryland area have been getting hit with bogus calls from consumers looking to purchase 2200 sf (100 cartons) of Bruce Manchester Butterscotch.   Once they are confident that you have the material on hand, the consumer provides the retailer with payment information over the phone and then makes arrangements to pick up the material.  Unfortunately by the time you realize the payment information provided has been stolen, these offenders have already made off with the goods.   NOW MORE THAN EVER we need to be vigilant……Please exercise caution and beware of trusting credit card payments from unknown entities and/or delivering to empty lots.
