At Derr Flooring Company we take great pride in the quality of service we provide to our Customers. We are continually evaluating ourselves to be sure that we maintain a high level of excellence.

Some months ago we identified deficiencies in our Jessup branch. After careful examination we decided to make some changes that we would like to share with you.

Effective immediatley we will no longer make deliveries out of Jessup. We have moved our Customer Service and Delivery Departments to an expanded location in York, PA. This will provide you, our Customer, with a much larger on-hand inventory, a significantly more experienced Customer Service team (including Ray Clevenger from Jessup) and a large fleet of delivery trucks. In addition, the current sales force will continue to provide you with a high level of service.

Finally, we are very pleased that Don Thompson wil be the Branch Manager of a new location, more strategically located in Northern Virginia. Details on the new location will be forthcoming.
