Today, hardwood floors are more popular than ever; however, there is a greater demand that the products and procedures used in the finishing process be environmentally responsible. Until now, the sanding process has always created an enormous amount of airborne dust for the flooring professional as well as the consumer.
With the introduction of the new ProSand DCS® Dust Containment System, a state-of-the-art equipment system for screening, abrading and edging wood floors, the sanding dust problem has virtually been eliminated. Included in the ProSand DSC® System are a seven-inch edger sander, a toe kick edger sander, a super Vac 16" buffer and the super Vac heavy-duty commercial vacuum.
The ProSand DCS® is a totally integrated system designed for maximum dust control during the sanding process. The fully contained system combines efficiency, convenience and peak performance. Each piece of equipment within the system plays an integral part in the total dust containment procedure.
